Review of Record Details

When reviewing the information about a contact or lead on the add-in form, you may want to view or adjust the details of the contact or lead record or linked entities (if any). You can do any of the following:
  • If you want to view or modify the details of the contact or lead, click View Contact or View Lead, respectively, on the add-in form. This opens the Contacts (CR302000) or Leads (CR301000) form populated with the details of the corresponding record.
  • If you want to view or modify the details of the employee that is associated with the email address specified for the selected contact, click View Employee on the add-in form. This opens the Employees (EP203000) form populated with the details of the employee record.
  • If you want to view or modify the details of the business account, case, or opportunity that is associated with the contact, click View Account, View Case, or View Opportunity, respectively, on the add-in form. This opens the corresponding entry form in Acumatica ERP populated with the details of the corresponding record.
  • Depending on which type of record has been most recently created for the contact, you may view either a case or an opportunity.
  • If you want to view or modify the details of the request for information or project issue that is associated with the email, click View Request for Information or View Project Issue on the add-in form. This opens the corresponding entry form in Acumatica ERP populated with the details of the corresponding record.
  • Depending on which type of record has been most recently created for the email, you may view either a request for information or a project issue.
